Questions

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes. Each 15-minute slot takes two vehicles, so slots are reserved through the form on this page rather than walk-in.

What if I'm running late?

Slots run back to back, so a late arrival may need the next free slot on the day. Reply to your confirmation email or speak to the team at EVLAB and we will fit you in where we can.

Is this open to any EV, or specific models?

The AVILOO Flash Test covers the electric and plug-in hybrid models in the list on this page. If your car is not listed, use "Request to add it" — you can still book, but your certificate may show state of health only, without the percentile comparison, until your model is benchmarked.

What happens to my data?

Your booking details are shared with EVLAB, AVILOO and The Motor Guild to run the event and issue your certificate. Anything beyond that is a separate, optional consent you tick yourself. Privacy Policy.
